Time for errands!

A short run to our busy little town.

On the way out there is a gentle turn that opens to a peaceful country scene.

This is Photo Story #2 for the Five Photos, Five Stories challenge.  The rules are to post a photo a day for five consecutive days and attach a story to the photo.  It can be fiction or non-fiction, a poem or a short paragraph.  Oh yes,  and each day nominate another blogger for the challenge.  Today I nominate Dianna of These Days of Mine.  This should be fun!

Neighborhood Chicken Ranch 1

“I have received many remarkable nature photographs over the years,

but this photo of a nesting Falcon is perhaps the most remarkable nature

shot that I have ever seen.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Nature is truly breathtaking!

I’ve sent this to most of my older friends.

The younger ones probably have never seen a Falcon and wouldn’t recognize one.”

Actually, this photograph and note came to me in an email.

The original source is  unknown but thank you Steve for passing it on.

And you’re right, I didn’t recognize the falcon.

Does that mean I’m in the “younger” category?  Ha!
