Remember when you were sick a few days and just returned to school?
That’s how I feel today.
I am returned but not quite steady.
Some nasty little stomach flu bugs attacked Bill and me at the same time.
That was December 27th.
All our human visitors had gone home, but our new buggy visitors stuck around for three days.
Until today.
I have not forgotten you but perhaps returned to the blogging world a bit too soon.
Hopefully you will not catch the little invaders via the blog-us-fear.
Or can they actually create contagious bugs now in virtual reality?
In any case I am wishing you well and also wishing you a
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Love and Hugs,
~Dor
Love this. It’s like a sweet little virus-y poem.

Get lost nasty bug!!!!! That’s ok my friend, you are just getting it over with in 2014, and then 2015 will be nothing but good health :). Happy New Year to you and Bill. We are off tomorrow to Kingston to see my family, so you won’t see me blogging until the new year.

We have a New Year’s tradition with a couple we love to laugh with. (Phebe is from Richmond by the way). We have a few drinks at their place, then go out to dinner, and then return to my house for a movie with hopes to last until midnight. Pete usually falls asleep in the first 10 minutes of the movie so our challenge is to find a film that’s exciting enough for him to last a little longer. We rarely make it to midnight so there is little chance of overdoing. 🙂 Happy New Year to you – even as you are in flight.

I expect the norovirus has met its match here Cindy. I have been walking around with a bottle of hydrogen peroxide for the counters, clorox wipes for doorknobs, and spray sanatizer for everything else. The more germs I think I’m killing, the healthier I feel. 🙂

Taking a break is a good thing Cindy. Enjoy being with your family and just having a good time. The nasty bugs who attacked us have left for more germ friendly environs I think. And Bill and I are almost new. Thanks for your good wishes and I’m sending them back for a Happy 2015! 🙂

A new outfit for the first day of school was always the most exciting thing. Isn’t it fun when we can actually recall those “feelings?” 🙂

Hope you are completely on the mend now, Dor! My sister has the flu, and I recently got a nasty virus as well that I blamed on her. Said she gave it to me while we were texting (even though she lives in another state). Blame the big sister in me! 🙂
