That’s an awesome view. Smart bird for choosing that spot. Out of curiosity, what did you stain your deck with? My deck is peeling and I need to find something else. Desperately searching for suggestions.

Yes, she has a great view of the hills and the treetops from that one spot. Sometimes I feel like a bird up here too.

Hi Mary, I haven’t forgotten your question. I have to get out to the shed to see if we still have a can of the deck paint left. I think the coating you see in the picture has been there about 8 years. It’s good but I have heard about a new coating that fills in cracks and the end result is you can dance barefoot. If I find the old paint can though, I will get back to you. Good luck with that deck. 🙂
