A little sun, some grass seed and a cover of straw and look what we have created! Or rather, the earth has given forth and I am once again amazed at just what goodness the world can wrought.
Oh, I know growing grass is a little thing.
But that is what this story is about – the green green grass growing in our front garden!
And sometimes pictures speak louder than words.

Great!

I have experienced this with our bare, newly bulldozed lot next door. I needn’t have worried about it getting covered up..What I’ve planted is quickly obscured by tall grass if we aren’t vigilant.

This post is a nice reminder to take time to notice the little things, and to appreciate them.

Just sighing about the simple things in life right now. A little grass. This can be so relaxing.

I am always grateful to see green grass in our yard as droughts always seem to threaten. It is the little things that we notice that count. Hope you and BF are getting along better these days. Stay safe and well!
