Oh, Virginia

In a moment like this
I think there is no finer place to be
than in my own back yard
viewing
the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.

I would feel right at home with your mountains. Mine look very similar, but then, they are related. Your photo is gorgeous.

It is beautiful! How blessed you are to be so happy where you are. My view is different but I am perfectly happy to be here on the coast of Texas. The photo is excellent – good job!

Wow! My heart skipped a beat when I first looked at this photo, Dor. Gorgeous! I apologize, but could you refresh my memory on what town you live in…if you’d rather not say, that’s fine…Derek was asking.

I know exactly how you feel. We can see the Mazatzal Mountains from our place in Arizona and the Rocky Mountains from our home in Alberta!

We actually live about 7 miles outside of the town of Lexington, VA. It boasts two colleges – Virginia Military Institute and Washington and Lee University. A great place to visit! Come see me.

Thanks Tiffy! Hope you and yours have weathered the last cold spell. I understand the power went off in that direction. We were so lucky not to lose it here.
