Ditto…. but we are in for a few rainy days anyway. Needed the rain though. The leaves are changing and it was getting a bit too dry for comfort. Advent of gun hunting season around here makes for danger of forest fires.

And this is the time of year to visit Virginia! The leaves are falling and there is that lovely nip in the air. C’ville is not far from us so I know whereof I speak. 🙂

Yes. I keep seeing large numbers of leaves floating by my window and wonder if there is a way to catch them on the way down in a photo.

We finally did get enough rain to tamp down all the dust and it’s starting to cool off here now.

Both I suspect. There are still bear reports around us and the weather went from hot and dry to humid and wet, with a cool down in the works! 🙂
