Someone is very artistic at Herman’s Produce right here in Lexington, Virginia!
These pumpkins made me smile until I came down with Sciatica!
Time out from blogging until further notice.

Take care of yourself, Dor! After two back surgeries, I know the pain of sciatica. xo

Those pumpkins are hilarious. Thanks for sharing them. Hope you feel better quickly. At least your ailment does not begin with “psy”, so it’s not all in your head.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed that you feel much better very soon, and that your blogging hiatus is very short.

It would be hard to actually capture their looks on pumpkins, but this clever soul did it wonderfully. What fun. Let us know when you are feeling better. Everyone down here is coming down with Dengue fever..at least I trust you are far enough north to be spared that. Fingers crossed. I’m still intact.

Reblogged this on lifelessons – a blog by Judy Dykstra-Brown and commented:
This was too good not to reblog and, refreshingly absent of vitriol, anger or debate. Just a clever representation of the personalities present on the ballot.

Thank you Judy! I am working on repairing the damage with physical therapy and hope to get back to blogging and reading your wonderful posts!

All of a sudden I realized I had not seen anything from you in a while. I thought maybe you had stopped blogging, but I guess WP just stopped putting you in my feed. Hmm. Hi, again!

Oh,Lilly thank you for checking! I did stop blogging in October when suddenly plagued with a kind of sciatica that sent me to the ER. In physical therapy now which looks easy but takes hours to complete and leaves me “wrung out.” Sitting at the computer is fairly deadly too. I am determined though – to conquer all and revisit the blogging world again soon. I sometimes wander around checking friends like you, so don’t be surprised to see me commenting or “liking” your fabulous photos. 🙂

So sorry, and I do empathize. My sciatica is rebelling, too. Some days, I am the person who others criticize for having a handicap sticker; other days, I use a cane and look the old lady part! Oy! Hope you get some relief!

Well, at least we both have great minds that think alike! 🙂 My cane is in the car ever ready, and I have the handicap sticker too. Let the critics begin.
