Lovely! I’m counting our blessings. Our relatives on Long Island had a different kind of wedding cake view this morning — with icing, otherwise known as snow. It must not have lasted long.

Gorgeous and lucky you! I like the way you describe it. Happy spring. Is it really supposed to snow later this week?

I haven’t looked ahead. The forecast is bound to be wrong, anyway. Please write about it if you get snow.

Thanks coastalcrone! The forecasts here are eratic and at one point called for snow or a “wintry mix” later in the week. We have had wicked winds, then calm sunny days. “If you don’t like the weather here, wait a minute.” 🙂

Will do Anne. We did have one “wild and wooly” night over the weekend with persistent violent winds that knocked trees down and caused power outages. We escaped the power loss until yesterday when there was a soft breeze and sunshine. All is well and normal for the time being. Will let you know about any snow. 🙂

Pretty view! Wow, I haven’t seen the sun in SO LONG. It did peek out for about five minutes today.
