Such a nice contrast from yesterday. So pretty.

Hard not to love the beautiful scenes the day after storms, just sorry the season is causing so much havoc for you all back East.

So far, we are grateful here in SW Virginia to be in a little pocket of relatively calm weather. Cold yes and one big dump of about six inches of snow, but the sun is shining! Folks further north, especially in Boston, have really been hit hard.

Sunshine makes all the difference.

So beautiful, Dor. But if you’re like me, it pretty the first day, but then you want it melted. 🙂

Very pretty, but I admit I would rather see the photos than have to actually deal with the snow….

Snow is so beautiful for a short while after it falls. But, sadly, soon, it becomes “dirty”. Your photos caught the beauty of it, that’s for sure!

Oh my Dor, the only good thing about snow is how beautifully it photographs!! Hope it melts quickly! Lovely captures tho.

How pretty! Nothing changes the landscape like a fresh blanket of snow. 🙂

Yep, wishing for a meltdown but that’s not likely as we are getting below zero tonight and a high of 15 degrees tomorrow. Hoping your ice is gone though. 🙂

I do love the first snows and fortunately, they don’t get too dirty too fast out here in no-man’s-land. Now it’s the cold temps that are shocking. Tomorrow night it’s supposed to get down to 8 degrees below zero!

It’s slowly melting with the sun, but the temps are only in the 20’s. Yikes!
