It’s Friday and so many of my blogging buddies are posting randoms. I’m “not in the mood” though.
Actually, I am thinking it may be time for a Time Out from the blog that has been so pleasurable for so long.
Maybe it’s the winter blues.
Yes, I do believe I am Wallowing in the Blues. Great name for a song huh?
But, winter woes do not really excuse this current malaise. There has been very little snow this season.
Yes, it’s cold. So what?
Is it the light?
Why does my computer screen remain a daily confrontational blank?
I am already missing you cyberspace friends.
I’ll be back when the wallow is over.
I know the feeling, Dor. I’ve been on the fence for over a month about blogging. I have an idea for your blog, until you’re over the blues…post photos of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. No words are required for that kind of beauty. xo

I totally understand Dor. Besides my weekly mystery photo I haven’t been posting at all. I’m freezing cold all the time, and all I want to do is curl up with a good book under a warm blanket. Take your time – we will still be here when you return :).

I can completely understand….I have those times, too. But “blogging downs” don’t usually last very long, and I hope yours doesn’t either!

You take care now Dorann, it is definitely the winter blues and cold that has clouded your mind and vision. Looking forward to when you come back as the warm Spring winds gently push you on.

Now, Now No wallowing allowed!! I’ll bet if you went outside & searched very hard, you would find a little tiny green sprout. Take a photo & you are on your way to blog city.

Dor, you are the second blogger this week I read who has mentioned the need for a time out. I understand. When something isn’t a delight, and you don’t have to do it, then it’s good to take a step back and regroup. Send you a big hug, my dear cyber-friend.

So take a break from writing a blog but keep visiting the friends you enjoy the most. That way you keep up on the news without keeping up your own blog.

Hi Dor, I hope you go find yourself some fun, and soon. February is The Longest month at our house. Wicked cold wind makes it a challenge just to get to the car sometimes. Let your cup re-fill with joy, and I’ll look forward to the day when your screen is more invitation than confrontation. Giant hugs, WG

Oh gosh, Dor, I’m wallowing with you. I’ve really lacked motivation to write when it comes to blogging lately. And this week was no different. Not sure if it’s winter blues, cabin fever, or just plain old malaise. (I don’t even know why I like that word, but I do.) Anyway, I’m thinking of calling a time out myself.

I think you need a trip to the Pink Cadillac – maybe that will cheer you up. 😉 Sending you love, light and a big hug!

Oh, no! I finally come back and you leave! We need to get in synch. Everyone needs a break from this blogging, though. It gets too much after awhile. Hope your break doesn’t last as long as mine did!
