These old industrial buildings are very photogenic aren’t they?

I just love old buildings. Thankfully, the old buildings on our Main Street have been preserved, and are now gift shops, eateries, antique shops….!
What an intriguing building! The picture makes me want to know more about the history of the building.
Love this shot!!! I am working on a street art/mural post and was actually trying to find a nice faded advert shot just like this. Excellent caption, Dor.
These are photos of the backs of the buildings. The fronts are all modernized and new. Nice they kept the history in the back though. 🙂
It’s wonderful when people have the determination to preserve old structures. They do that here in Lexington too and I am always delighted.
They are indeed. These were actually the backs of some buildings. The fronts were all modernized, but at least they had a reverence for the past.
Some wonderful stories hidden in the mortar of those old buildings. Great shot!
There is just something about the old faces of buildings that were once busy and thriving. You can almost feel the energy that still lingers.
