I know!!! I’m seeing subtle signs of approaching season changes already. Towels drying on the deck would have been a great one for that recent Photo Challenge about Summer. Still like the tomatoes best though.

No! No! No! I refuse to believe it. I’m loving these flip-flop-wearing, seashell-hunting days of summer!

Those towels made me feel sad as I was counting the days left til fall. On the other hand, I love the seasons!

I was thinking about summer as I set in the swing at dusk and watched the sunset. The air had that hint of a fall edge to it, it was letting me know that it would have it’s time soon.

Even though I’m not fond of summer, I kinda hate to see this one go.

I so agree. This summer has been unusually pleasant in my neck o’ the woods.

Sad thoughts and a beautiful photo, Dor. I always think of the song: “See you in September.” Very upbeat, even though it meant the end of summer and the start of school in New York state. 😉

September was always a time of excitement and planning and expectation for me. It also meant cooling down from a long hot summer in Fla. I still think of ummer’s end that way – – must be habit.
