I know. I know. Texans claim everything is bigger there. But my husband, Bill, and I just came back from California and we are convinced California wins.
Bigger Sky
Bigger Ice Cream Sundaes
Bigger Breakfasts
Bigger Lunches
Bigger Bunnies
Bigger Flowers
I realize these photographs are not your typical touristic impressions. Other more traditional pictures in blog posts will follow describing our week in the Wild West. Stay tuned please!
Ohhh, the breakfast and dinner photos are making me hungry!! I have never been to California but would love to travel there. Great photos Dor :).

You are so right Cathy! We used to live there (in remote areas like Hayfork and Big Oak Flat). I think we need to go back to those places to see if they have changed.

We also have the biggest beaches in my part of CA. Problem is they come without water. 🙂 I am, however, falling in love with CO.

I have never been to CO but it surely looks beautiful and probably everything is bigger there too. 🙂

It was a whirlwind trip coastalcrone, mostly to visit family and friends, and all too fast. Since then more family have arrived at our home to put blogging on a back burner. Hopefully I will revive soon. Would love to read of your experiences in California too. 🙂

Dor — you are such a prolific writer! I’m trying to catch up with your posts, and though I have to log off right now, I had to say that you are so sweet to take a picture of the big blue sky! I love your sense of wonder and the happiness you inject into your stories.
